This site will POST any results that are submitted on this form.  I suggest that you COPY from your document or excel file and PASTE into this form.  The other way that you can send the results is to submit an Email to mlxctrack@mlxctrack.com and attach either a Microsoft Word document file (*.doc), text file (*.txt) or Microsoft Excel file (*.xls).  

Please complete the listed items, 1-8 before pasting or entering information.

PASTE or TYPE IN Meet Results in BOX 7 after completing 1 through 6.  Do not activate 8, SUBMIT until ALL entries are  completed.  For team roster information just complete 1,2,3,7 & 8.  NOTE Scroll feature in 1,3,5 to help you select the correct response.  For DOUBLE DUAL MEETS place all team scores in #7, the text box and skip 3-6.
