Order of Events

Field Events (All three athletes must post a mark for the team to place)

Shot Put (3 throwers) Girls followed by Boys

Long Jump (3 Jumpers) Boys followed by Girls

High Jump (3 Jumpers) Two pits

Running Events

Medley Relay (6,2,2,4 Laps)

4 X 1 Lap (Heats of four)

Shuttle Hurdles (4 X 50 yds)

Shuttle Dash (4 X 45 yds)

4 X 400m

2 running – 1 field or 2 field –1 running

Ribbons for the first three places will be awarded based on time or total distance.

Each team must provide a 3 X 5 index card to the Clerk. The card must contain gender, school, and designated ability (A, B, C, etc)

Shot Put three throws each.

Long Jump two jumps each

High Jump (each athlete will have a maximum of 6 attempts)

Opening Height Boys 4’7”- 4’10”-5’2”-up by 2 inches

Opening Height Girls 3’7”-3’10”-4’2”-up by 2 inches

Shuttle Hurdles 3 hurdles for the Boys and 4 hurdles for the Girls

All MIAA and Middlesex rules are in effect for this meet.
