OFFICIAL ML-10 QUALIFYING LISTS QUALIFIERS FROM 2/10/11
Lists are block specific so scan down the schedule. Coaches, if there is a mark that you need that is missing make sure to contact me ASAP so I can research and post. I am now creating these list so check bask for update from time to time. Print only these lists to carry as proof of ML-10 qualifying marks, the logo will serve as our official verification mark.

ML-10 Individual Event Championship Results 1/26/11 Entries are now due Sunday before 6 pm to allow for relay performances to be included. phillipcrosby@yahoo.comINFORMATION SHEET FOR COACHES 2011 Three entries per event*, make sure you include seed time/distance information to include date and event at which it was achieved. Participation restriction is 1-1-1 rule, *TWO ENTRANT IN LJ. REMEMBER 1 MILE AND 2 MILE ARE SWITCHED IN OUR NORMAL ORDER @ RLT EVENTS.
