Do to a recording error some performances using hip numbers are unable to be matched with reported times for heats.  Heat info, hip number info and in a few instances uniform ID has been added to help self identify.

Perspective related to conduct and length of time for the first JV meet:
1. The number of performances exceeded the varsity numbers from 12/14, 575 JV to 534 Varsity and all this on a smaller track.
2. Time of meets JV 3 hrs 15 minutes - Varsity 3 hours.
3. We forget but the first JV meet does more than just allow for competition but it is the first experience for many to the confusion and process that we call a track meet.  I guess the confusion can also apply to meet organizers and officials.
